We do not electronically store or retain credit card or bank account information. All information written on invoices is retained in our archived files.
- Shipping Policy
We ship by overnight courier – CYC Logistics. Shipping takes between 1-3 days depending on your location. If you have not received your tapes please contact the materials coordinator.

- Cancellation
/ Refund Policy
Once you have entered into a contract with 3DD Entertainment – this contract cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you require a license period extension please contact your sales agent.
- Returns Policy
If your tapes or materials arrive damaged please immediately contact our materials coordinator. 020-7380-3800 (option 3). If you have a liciense issue or would like to extend your liciense period please contact your sales person for your region. See contact information below.
